30-Day Guarantee

Try your Sole Strength products for 30 days from the date of delivery. If you’re not satisfied, email hello@withsolestrength.com with your order number and we’ll make it right.

Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.

Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Contact us within 30 days and we’ll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show excessive wear, damage, or misuse beyond normal product testing.
